Branch Credit Manager ( Unsecured Loans ) (NBFC)

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Application Evaluation:

 Assess loan applications submitted by the sales team.

 Verify customer documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.

 Conduct creditworthiness checks, including financial analysis and risk assessment.

Compliance and Risk Management:

 Ensure all applications comply with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

 Identify potential risks and escalate discrepancies to the Branch Credit Manager.

 Maintain a high standard of due diligence in credit processing.

Coordination with Teams:

 Liaise with the sales team to gather required documents and clarify customer queries.

 Work with the operations team to ensure timely loan disbursements.

Customer Interaction:

 Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding loan application status.

 Address customer grievances related to credit processes, if any.

Reporting and Documentation:

 Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and rejections.

 Prepare periodic credit performance and risk reports for management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
