Branch Credit Manager

Role Overview: As a Branch Credit Manager-Micro Business Loan at our company, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing the activities of the credit department. Your role will involve managing the agencies associated with the company in your assigned territory. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and optimization of retrieving EMI from customers while adhering to all guidelines laid out by the bank to contribute to the larger organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify branches and potential locations for business based on market surveys, competition mapping with non-bank financial institutions and banks, and the volume generated by them. - Increase the distribution channel by identifying various channels for commercial vehicles. - Collaborate with the product head of business loans to ensure that customers are offered the best-in-class solutions for funding or multi-funding requirements, and key direct sales teams are appropriately incentivized. - Design a fulfilling customer journey that leads to customer delight and makes IDFC First their banking partner of choice. - Ensure the successful adoption of internal compliances and regulatory framework across the business. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - 2-5 years of relevant experience in credit underwriting.,
