Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Head to lead our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Manage and supervise a team of professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor and control expenses to manage resources effectively. Job Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in small finance banking. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing teams and driving business growth through strategic planning.
