Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Administrator to manage the daily operations of our branch. You will be the point of contact for teams like technical, sales, HR, and admin, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day work in the branch
  • Support all departments like sales, admin, HR, and technical teams
  • Keep records, reports, and files organized
  • Make sure staff follow rules and work on time
  • Help with recruitment, training, and employee support
  • Take care of office maintenance and supplies
  • Solve basic problems and handle customer or internal issues
  • Report branch performance to head office

Skills :

  • Good communication and people-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate or MBA preferred
  • 5–10 years of admin or operations experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
