About the Role:

Keertana Finserv Ltd., a rapidly expanding Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), is seeking a dynamic Senior Branch Administration Professional to oversee administrative operations across our extensive network of 400+ branches.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, multi-location coordination skills, and a passion for operational excellence, ensuring every branch functions efficiently, compliantly, and in line with company standards. Candidate should have hands-on, field-level branch administration experience — managing multi-branch operations, not just Head Office administration.

Note: Candidates with only Head Office administration experience will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage end-to-end branch administration across 400+ locations.

✅ Develop and enforce standardized SOPs and compliance checklists.

✅ Supervise branch infrastructure, and facility management.

✅ Coordinate with regional and HO teams (Admin, HR, IT, Finance) for timely operational support.

✅ Manage vendors, housekeeping and logistics across all branches.

✅ Monitor branch-level budgets, asset management, and expense control.

Desired Candidate Profile:

✅ Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.

✅ 3-5 years of experience in multi-branch administration (NBFC/BFSI preferred).

✅ Proven experience managing large-scale networks (300–400+ branches).

✅ Excellent communication, vendor management, and coordination skills.

✅ High ownership, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
