The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, multi-location coordination skills, and a passion for operational excellence, ensuring every branch functions efficiently, compliantly, and in line with company standards. Candidate should have hands-on, field-level branch administration experience — managing multi-branch operations, not just Head Office administration. Note: Candidates with only Head Office administration experience will not be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage end-to-end branch administration across 400+ locations. ✅ Develop and enforce standardized SOPs and compliance checklists. ✅ Supervise branch infrastructure, and facility management. ✅ Coordinate with regional and HO teams (Admin, HR, IT, Finance) for timely operational support. ✅ Manage vendors, housekeeping and logistics across all branches. ✅ Monitor branch-level budgets, asset management, and expense control. Desired Candidate Profile: ✅ Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field. ✅ 3-5 years of experience in multi-branch administration (NBFC/BFSI preferred). ✅ Proven experience managing large-scale networks (300–400+ branches). ✅ Excellent communication, vendor management, and coordination skills. ✅ High ownership, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work under pressure. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts to join our Finance Department at our Hyderabad Head Office. Key Responsibilities Post and reconcile daily accounting entries in ledgers. Maintain books of accounts up to finalization. Prepare and verify journal vouchers, receipts, and payments. Handle bank reconciliations and inter-branch accounting. Assist in month-end and year-end closing of accounts. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards. Coordinate with departments to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
