Job Title: BPO Telecaller Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Fresher and Experience both can apply Salary Range: ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 15,000 Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Telecallers to handle outbound/inbound calls and provide excellent service or support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude to manage customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls to/from customers Explain products/services and handle customer inquiries Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently Maintain call logs and update the CRM system with call details Follow communication scripts and company guidelines Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with the team to improve calling performance Key Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required] Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Prior experience in BPO/telecalling/customer service is an advantage Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Skills:Multilingual abilities Knowledge of CRM software Sales or customer service background Benefits:Fixed salary with performance incentives Training and career growth opportunities Supportive work environment shift time -10am to 6:30pm week off - Sunday
