Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Responsible for calling insurance companies in the US to analyze claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable (AR).
Capable of capturing denials and appealing to insurances for pending claims.
Possess end-to-end knowledge of the RCM process.
Analyze and resolve complex issues related to revenue cycle management.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or a related field.
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
