Description The BPO Fresher role is an entry-level position designed for candidates who are looking to start their career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of service. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language). Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in MS Office. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the business.
