About the Role

BPO Chat Support


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via

    live chat, email, and messaging platforms

    .
  • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain high-quality interactions ensuring

    customer satisfaction

  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff when required.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time and resolution quality.

Requirements

  • Graduation any stream

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

    is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in

    BPO / Chat Support / Customer Service

    preferred.
  • Good typing speed and ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.

Work Schedule

  • Timing:

    7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Break:

    1 hour included
