Meet performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and response time. Requirements Any Graduates from Chennai Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in using computers and customer support software/tools.
