Job Description

A telecaller job involves making outbound or inbound calls to customers or potential customers to generate leads, sales, or provide customer service. Telecallers are responsible for promoting products or services, answering inquiries, and resolving customer issues over the phone. Responsibilities of a Telecaller: Outbound Sales: Making calls to potential customers to generate sales. Telesales: Promoting products or services over the phone. Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues. Inbound Calls: Handling calls from customers. Cold Calling: Making initial contact with potential customers. International Calling: If applicable, calling customers in different countries. Domestic Voice Process: Handling calls within a specific geographic region. Outbound Process: Managing outbound call campaigns. Marketing Support: Assisting with marketing efforts. Skills Required for a Telecaller: Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication. Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and understanding customer needs. Selling Skills: Ability to persuade and convince customers to purchase. Problem-solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues. Patience and Persistence: Dealing with potential customer resistance and following up. Typing Skills: For entering customer information into a database. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other tools.. Language Known. : Malayalam language Must. Experience : 2 to 3 years.
