Job Overview:

We are looking for Graduates or Undergraduates with excellent communication skills to join our International BPO team in Hyderabad. Both freshers and experienced candidates with prior international BPO exposure are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via voice, chat, or email (based on process)
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with each interaction
• Update and maintain customer records
• Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in international BPO
• Communication: Excellent English (verbal and written)
• Must be comfortable with night shifts and rotational week offs
