The opportunity
You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state of the art applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega Development platform. Your key responsibilities
Work effectively as a team lead, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update managers on progress of tasks Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updates Define process improvements which will improve business & technical KPIs Participate in design, development, QA, deployment and support as require Compliance to EY policies and procedures like Timesheet / Leaves management etc. Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases and ensure high quality deliverables Building of Technical Assets and Accelerators
Skills and attributes for success
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with experience in producing high quality reports and presentations as needed Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives. Solid Architecture/Design experience on at least 4-5 projects Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus Understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL Should cross skill and cross train as per the business requirements.
To qualify for the role, you must have
7-13 years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform 5-7 years of hands-on experience or knowledge in Smart Dispute (SD)/ Smart Investigate (SI) & Decisioning Frameworks Hands-on experience of Pega Constellation. Solid experience in Pega cloud Good knowledge of optimizing workflows using Pega Agentic AI & understanding Agentic AI concepts Should have completed at least 5-6 end to end Pega implementations across various domains Handling a team of 6-10 Pega developers Hands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), Reporting Hands-on experience in Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File / Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors Good knowledge on UI/UX & Portals development rules Solid experience in Pega application performance tuning activities Hands-on experience in Pega Best Practices, Guardrail improvement techniques Good knowledge of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL Good knowledge on UI, Portals development Good knowledge of Pega Best Practices Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies
Ideally, you should also have
B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Big 4 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies Participate in Pre-sales activities such as RFPs, Tech. Solutioning activities, Recruitment & Certification drives Experience in any of the Pega Frameworks such as CDH, CLM, CRM, SD etc Exposure to Pega Deployment Manager will be an added advantage Participate in client visits, orals Pega CLSA 7.x/8.x Certified
