BPI Specialist Advisor

As a Business Process Improvement Consultant, you will play a key leadership role in fostering a culture of continual improvement within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and functional experts to provide valuable insights and advice on Business Process Improvement approaches for addressing business challenges and opportunities. - Ensuring that the business remains updated on the latest process and technology trends by conducting internal and external benchmarking activities. - Integrating Business Process Improvement Methodology and Tools into existing business management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. - Influencing projects and business improvement initiatives to align with strategic objectives and drive organizational growth. - Serving as a coach to guide the effective utilization of Business Process Improvement Methodology and Tools among team members. - Managing internal training and certification programs related to Business Process Improvement to facilitate continuous learning and enhance organizational capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Academic qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. - Professional experience: A total of 15 years of experience with a minimum of 6+ years dedicated to Business Process Improvement. - Experience in leading business improvement initiatives and collaborating closely with customers. - Preference for experience in the Banking and/or Retail industry, particularly in contact center operations. In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should possess the following competencies: - Six Sigma Master Black belt or Black belt certification. - Knowledge of the latest technology trends, including AI and Gen AI. - Strong conceptual and analytical skills. - Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
