BPI Specialist Advisor

As the Business Process Improvement Consultant, you will assume a leadership role in fostering a culture of continual improvement within the organization. By collaborating closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and functional experts, you will provide valuable insights and advice on Business Process Improvement approaches to address business challenges and enhance improvement opportunities. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the business remains up-to-date with the latest process and technology trends through benchmarking activities, both internally and externally. Your role will involve incorporating Business Process Improvement Methodology and Tools into current business management processes, influencing projects and business improvement initiatives to align with strategic objectives, and coaching others on the effective utilization of Business Process Improvement Methodology and Tools. Additionally, you will oversee internal training and certification programs related to Business Process Improvement to facilitate continuous learning and enhance organizational capability development. Requirements: - Academic qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. - Professional experience: - Minimum of 15 years of overall experience, with at least 6+ years focused on Business Process Improvement. - Proven experience in leading business improvement process initiatives in collaboration with customers. - Preferred experience in the Banking and/or Retail industry, particularly in contact center operations. Competencies: - Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification. - Proficiency in the latest technology trends, including AI and Gen AI. - Strong conceptual and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
