Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 15-25 years of experience to lead our Boomi practice team in Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Boomi integration, delivery management, and strategic planning.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Boomi-based solutions for clients.
Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions.
Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in Boomi integration, Boomi practice, and delivery management.
Proven track record of success in strategic planning, business/operations management, and project management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience working with clients across various industries, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
Education: BE/B Tech, ME/Mtech, BCA/MCA.
Notice Period: 0-90 days.
