We are a growing publishing organization looking for a passionate professional to join and support our book production team. We value collaboration, learning, and practical knowledge.

Your Role in Our Team

• Support end-to-end book publishing projects alongside our leadership
• Assist in creating cost estimates and production budgets
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and suppliers
• Help optimize print buying and control costs
• Work with the team to ensure quality and timely deliveries

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has worked in any publishing role and understands the complete book production workflow
• Can handle or learn production costing and budgeting with guidance
• Enjoys collaborating with vendors and solving operational challenges
• Takes initiative while working as part of a team
• Brings 2+ years of publishing industry exposure

What We Value (not mandatory, but helpful)

Experience with print coordination, vendor management, or production planning
