Book Keeping Analyst

LUCRIA Consult is expanding its global finance operations, and we’re looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist to support our US and UK clients. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in international bookkeeping, compliance, and client communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE:

- Daily bookkeeping, ledger posting, and bank/vendor reconciliations

– Preparation and support for US LLC and UK company compliance filings

– Client communication across calls and emails with clarity and professionalism

– Collection, validation, and organization of financial documents

– Tracking client deliverables, follow-ups, and coordination of statutory timelines

– Support for internal audits, documentation, and cross-functional finance tasks

WHO YOU ARE:

You’re structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers. You communicate clearly, work responsibly with deadlines, and bring a learning mindset to a fast-paced, international environment.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required):

– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

– Strong spoken and written English for direct client interaction

– Practical knowledge of Excel (vlookups, filters, formatting, basic formulas)

– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

– Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple tasks

– Professional discipline, reliability, and high ownership

PREFFERED (Good-to-Have):

– Internship or project exposure in accounting, bookkeeping, or client servicing

– Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or Tally

– Basic understanding of reconciliations and financial documentation

– Comfort working with US/UK timezone coordination and compliance-driven workflows

ROLE DETAILS:

Location: Chandigarh (Full-time, in-office)

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year preferred

Compensation: 15,000 - 22,000 monthly
