Job Description Role Overview: You will be the General Manager Bodyshop at RAJENDRA AUTO WHEELS PRIVATE LIMITED located in Faizabad. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction, manage workshops, oversee body shops, and maintain effective communication in the aftersales process. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service - Manage workshops and body shops efficiently - Oversee the aftersales process to maintain effective communication - Demonstrate strong aftersales knowledge - Utilize excellent leadership and organizational skills to lead the team effectively Qualification Required: - Possess excellent Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills - Have experience in managing workshops and body shops - Demonstrate a strong understanding of aftersales processes - Showcase excellent leadership and organizational skills - Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field,
