Bodyshop Manager

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets. This includes overseeing repair work to ensure it is completed to a high standard and in line with industry guidelines. You will also be in charge of monitoring and controlling inventory, as well as hiring, training, and managing body shop technicians and support staff. Implementing and enforcing safety standards, handling customer queries and complaints, and maintaining good relationships with customers and insurance adjusters are also key aspects of your role.
