Job Description

Managing daily operations: Overseeing the body shop's daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met
Ensuring quality: Ensuring that repair work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with industry guidelines
Managing inventory: Monitoring and controlling the body shop's inventory of supplies and equipment
Managing staff: Hiring, training, and managing body shop technicians and support staff
Managing safety: Implementing and enforcing safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Managing customer service: Handling customer queries and complaints to ensure excellent customer service
Managing relationships: Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers and insurance adjusters
Managing budgets: Preparing and administering an annual operating budget for the body shop
