Role Overview The Body Shop Advisor will handle customer coordination for accidental repair vehicles, including vehicle inspection, job card preparation, insurance claim coordination, estimate approval, liaison with surveyors, timely repair follow-up, and smooth vehicle delivery while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:  Coordinate with customers for accidental repair vehicles and ensure smooth communication.  Inspect vehicles, prepare accurate job cards, and document repair requirements.  Handle insurance claim processes, including estimate preparation and approval.  Liaise with insurance surveyors and internal teams for timely approvals.  Monitor repair progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.  Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) as per company standards. Required Skills & Competencies  Strong knowledge of body shop repair processes and insurance claim procedures.  Excellent communication and customer handling skills.  Ability to coordinate effectively with insurance companies and internal teams.  Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications  Any Graduate / Diploma in Automobile  1–3 years of experience in body shop operations or insurance coordination.  Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System) and MS Office tools.  Additional certification in automotive body repair or insurance handling is a plus.
