Body Shop Manager

About Us:

ACN Motors is a leading multi-brand car service & restoration center in Tamil Nadu, known for premium quality painting, bodywork, and full restorations. We're looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our skilled team and manage day-to-day operations with efficiency and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete bodyshop operations – denting, painting, restoration, and detailing.

Manage a team of technicians and allocate tasks based on skills and deadlines.

Conduct quality checks and ensure delivery timelines are met.

Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.

Coordinate with customers and provide clear communication regarding services and costs.

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and workflow optimization in the bodyshop.

Prepare daily progress reports and assist in billing

Requirements:

Proven experience ( 5+ years) in bodyshop/automobile workshop management.

Strong technical knowledge of automotive painting, denting & refinishing processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple jobs and maintain delivery schedules.

Basic knowledge of billing and workshop management software is a plus.

Preferred: Tamil and hindi-speaking candidates for better local communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
