Job Description Should have good experience in Gap & flush measurements. Use instruments like Dial Gauge, scale etc.,, Able to understand the matching condition of various child parts and stage wise analysis. Good knowledge in Inspection fixtures and various settings . Ability to operate CATIA for dimensional verification / Cross sectional analysis . Good skill of excel / PowerPoints presentation and have experience in reporting to seniors Analyze field issue and take appropriate action . Regular involvement in cost saving activities. Should clear the scrap parts (OS&D) on time related to supplier issues. Keep track record of dimensional data and solve issues on time. Work as CFT for Paint and assembly shop issues . Teardown analysis of moving parts and report on time.
