You should have good experience in Gap & flush measurements using instruments like Dial Gauge, scale, etc. You should be able to understand the matching condition of various child parts and conduct stage-wise analysis. Additionally, you must possess good knowledge in Inspection fixtures and various settings. It is essential that you have the ability to operate CATIA for dimensional verification and cross-sectional analysis. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentations is required, along with experience in reporting to seniors. You should be capable of analyzing field issues and taking appropriate actions while actively participating in cost-saving activities. Clearing scrap parts (OS&D) on time related to supplier issues is also a key responsibility. Keeping track records of dimensional data and resolving issues promptly are crucial aspects of the role. You will be expected to work as a Cross-Functional Team (CFT) member for Paint and assembly shop issues. Conducting teardown analysis of moving parts and reporting on time is essential. Ensuring that Corrective/Preventive Measures (C/M) are implemented on time, both in-house and with suppliers, is part of your responsibilities. You should also adhere to Daily Check management practices and regularly report any issues that arise.,
