Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to BNPL services.
Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns.
Guide customers on BNPL processes, repayment schedules, and usage.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
