Job Description

To provide administrative support and assistance to the superior management, Monitor Maintain BMS system, Data Analytics and Reporting, Security and Access Control. Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Prepares asset survey reports, data, and sheets for solving maintenance-related problems & daily/weekly/monthly inspections. Control Panels and DDC panels: Operation and Maintenance of HVAC control system. Fire Alarm System: Operation and Maintenance, Fire hydrant System, Sprinklers etc Access Control system, CCTV, Public Address System: Operation and Maintenance. Performs basic electrical installation. Requires to readily use temperature and relative humidity meters, data loggers, electrical volt, and amp meters. Assists other Maintenance team members when required. Operate and monitor the BMS system including CCTV and Alram systems daily. Report any abnormal readings or issues. Support in the execution of PPM tasks as per the schedules and frequencies by other trades. Submit the daily reports to the supervisor. Communicate to supervisors immediately in case of any major breakdown or Emergency tasks. Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance work. Manage procurement processes in accordance with company requirements. Coordinate office desk arrangements and movements to provide appropriate space, equipment, and supplies for staff, partners, and visitors. Handle travel requests for national and international trips, including booking vehicles and accommodations, purchasing tickets. Manage payments for branding activities and other monthly regular expenses. Coordinate workshops, visitors, and other requested events. Prepare and coordinate office social activities, such as team building events, staff retreats, visits for sickness or funerals, and welcoming new-born babies. Monitor office stocks, equipment, assets, vehicles, and motorbikes in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with the Finance Function to code and conduct inventory counts twice a year or as required. Manage the assets register in collaboration with the IT Manager and project teams, including labelling all assets. Education/Experience: BE/BTech. A bachelors degree in business administration, office management, communications, or a related field is typically required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or BMS support roles is preferred. BMS Operation Experience, Knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations.
