: Strong BMC Remedy Platform Experience, Integration (Both Cloud and OnPrem along with DWPC, Smart IT, Smart Reporting)

Good to have - TSO knowledge

Design and architect BMC Helix ITSM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead implementation and configuration of Helix ITSM, DWP, CMDB, and related modules.
Ensure best practices in development, customization, and performance optimization.
Build REST/SOAP integrations, including ticket e-bonding and CMDB integrations.
Configure Smart Reporting dashboards and analytical reports.
Drive automation and workflow improvements across the platform.
Ensure solution reliability, security, scalability, and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and guide technical teams through delivery.
