Apply now to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru As a Senior Developer Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and platforms within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem Your expertise in streaming data, Kafka migration, and GCP services will contribute to the success of our data-driven initiatives Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement BMC Remedy applications, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, and Asset Management Customize and configure Remedy ITSM to meet business requirements specific to the Telecom domain Develop and modify Remedy AR System applications, forms, workflows, filters, escalations, and reports Integrate Remedy with third-party telecom systems (such as billing, provisioning, and CRM systems) Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues related to Remedy applications Work with the telecom team to identify areas for process automation and improvement using BMC Remedy tools Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure proper implementation and timely delivery of Telecom-related features Ensure best practices are followed during the development and maintenance of Remedy applications Provide ongoing support and training for Remedy users, including creating user documentation and knowledge base articles Assist with system upgrades, patches, and version control of BMC Remedy applications Monitor and optimize Remedy performance and resolve issues proactively Stay updated on BMC Remedy releases, updates, and features, particularly those relevant to the Telecom sector Technology Skills Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy Development (AR System) Strong understanding of the BMC Remedy ITSM suite (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc ) Experience with integrating Remedy with external systems (REST, SOAP, web services, etc ) Knowledge of the Telecom industry and associated business processes (e g , service provisioning, billing, network operations, etc ) Proficiency in Remedy development tools (AR System, Developer Studio, Workflow, etc ) Strong scripting skills (e g , Remedy scripting, JavaScript, SQL) Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience applying them within Remedy Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams Experience in agile methodologies is a plus Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or related field 3-6 years of experience in BMC Remedy, with a focus on AR & BMC Helix Remedy version upgrade experience Familiarity with cloud-based telecom platforms and solutions Knowledge of network management systems and telecom-specific service automation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Additional Information Job Type Full Time Work ProfileHybrid Years of Experience3-6 Years LocationBangalore What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment
