Job Description

This is a remote position.

Contract duration- 6 months (Extendable)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support and Enhancements Consultant specializing in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Workforce Management (WLM). This role focuses on providing expert-level support, implementing enhancements, and optimizing Blue Yonder applications for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent analytical skills, and experience working within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support:

Provide expert support for Blue Yonder WMS and WLM.

Address and resolve complex issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Enhancements:

Lead system enhancement initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.

Adapt Blue Yonder applications to meet evolving business requirements.

Configuration and Extension:

Configure and customize Blue Yonder WMS/WLM based on operational needs.

Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and standards.

Data Management:

Maintain data integrity and accuracy in WMS/WLM applications.

Collaborate with data teams to ensure alignment across systems.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and SOPs.

Facilitate knowledge transfer and training through clear, organized documentation.

Training and Support:

Provide training and mentorship for end-users and junior consultants.

Foster continuous improvement and enhance user proficiency.

Project Collaboration:

Work closely with project teams on implementations, upgrades, and maintenance for WMS/WLM.

Contribute to smooth operations by actively participating in project activities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding system functionality and updates.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations.

Qualifications

Requirements

Experience:

5+ years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS and WLM applications.

Strong background in system support and enhancement roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Blue Yonder systems and warehouse operations.

Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools is an advantage.

Analytical Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
