Blockchain Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for highly skilled Blockchain Developers with strong expertise in backend and distributed systems to design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable blockchain-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Golang, microservices, and cryptographic protocols, along with exposure to Web3 technologies such as EVM, Zk protocols, Solidity, and Chaincode.

Key Responsibilities:

Blockchain Development: Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized systems.

Backend Engineering: Build and optimize Golang-based microservices with high performance and reliability.

Infrastructure & Deployment: Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Database Management: Work with MongoDB, LMDB, and other storage solutions to ensure efficient and secure data handling.

Security & Encryption: Implement cryptographic techniques and encryption protocols to safeguard blockchain networks.

Scalability & Optimization: Conduct performance tuning, code optimization, and system improvements to support large-scale blockchain transactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver robust solutions.

Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including system designs, APIs, and smart contract specifications.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in Golang with experience in microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform for containerization and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of EVM-based chains, Zk protocols, Solidity, and Chaincode.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, LMDB, or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystem, decentralized applications (dApps), and Layer 1/Layer 2 solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Rust or other blockchain-focused languages.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
• Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, or Layer 1 protocol development.

Pay: ₹1,005,228.35 - ₹2,518,643.16 per year
