Job Title: Block Supervisor

Location: Birbhum District (Labpur & Illambazar Blocks)
Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

The Block Supervisor will be responsible for supporting project planning and implementation across Labpur and Illambazar blocks. This role involves close coordination with the community mobilization team, data reporting, and field-level execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing project activities in assigned blocks
• Coordinate with Community Mobilizers for training identification, mobilization, and logistics
• Collect and compile reports and data from field teams; submit to Program Coordinator
• Ensure timely execution of field activities and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and ensure compliance with project goals
• Frequent travel between blocks to monitor progress and provide on-ground support

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Graduate or equivalent

Minimum 2 years in a similar role OR Class XII pass

Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Prior experience in social development projects
• Proficiency in documentation and program execution.
• Proficiency in digital tools and MIS platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Local candidates preferred (from same block/district)
• Must own a laptop and vehicle.

Compensation: ₹16,000 per month+ TA on actual (Vacancy: 1 position )
