We are seeking a US Blended Process (Computer Multitasking Specialist) who is highly skilled in working with multiple tabs and applications simultaneously on the computer. The role requires handling both voice (calls) and non-voice (chat, email, data entry, back-office) processes for US clients. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to navigate multiple windows with speed and accuracy while maintaining excellent communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Manage non-voice operations such as chat, email, and data entry.
• Navigate and operate multiple tabs/windows (3–6 applications simultaneously) efficiently.
• Accurately update records, forms, and reports across different systems.
• Maintain productivity and quality while multitasking in real-time.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating across platforms and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:.

• Excellent computer skills – fast navigation across multiple tabs, windows, and software.
• Typing speed: 35–40 WPM with accuracy.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)..
• Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable to work US night shifts

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and web-based applications.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
