Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and objectives in the HoReCa channel.
• Identify and onboard new HoReCa customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, clubs, lounges, QSR chains, etc.).
• Develop and implement territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B managers, and key decision-makers.
• Resolve customer queries, ensure timely supply, and provide excellent service support.
  

• Lead, motivate, and train Sales Officers/Executives under the territory.
• Monitor daily activities, track productivity, and ensure adherence to sales processes.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the team.
  

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the HoReCa segment.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales, collections, and team performance.
  

• Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
• Monitor distributor performance, stock availability, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in HoReCa sales.
• Experience in managing teams and distributors.
• Background in HoReCa.
