Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled BizOps Engineer to join our team. The role requires a mix of DevOps, SRE, and Production Operations expertise with hands-on experience in automation, observability, cloud environments, and financial domain operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems while driving continuous improvement in operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.
• Oversee production/operations activities, ensuring system uptime and quick resolution of incidents.
• Apply SRE practices (availability, SLAs, error budgets, postmortems, capacity planning).
• Manage source code repositories (GitHub/Bitbucket) and enforce branching/versioning best practices.
• Work on Linux/Unix systems administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and optimize databases (Oracle PL/SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Implement and support monitoring/observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.).
• Develop automation using scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl, etc.).
• Containerization & Orchestration – hands-on with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Support ITSM processes: incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in financial domain projects, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and practices in Cloud, DevOps, and Observability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,083,785.30 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
