- Manage automotive assembly and production--related project activities.
- Design and develop hemming lines, including hemming beds.
- Design BIW fixtures and perform simulation activities.
- Conduct design reviews, simulation reviews, and buy-offs with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare milestone documents in compliance with Mercedes-Benz or equivalent standards.
- Perform simultaneous engineering, pre-planning, and layout development.
- Identify interference zones and work with IO signals, MRS, OLPs, and related systems.
- Provide technical solutions for manufacturing and installation challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders using strong communication and project management skills.
Expertise in BIW fixture design, hemming line development, and automotive assembly processes.
- Experience managing technical coordination for turnkey projects.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX, DELMIA, Process Simulate, virtual commissioning tools, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz standards or equivalent OEM standards.
- Familiarity with interference zones, IO signals, MRS, OLPs, and related systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- German language proficiency is an added advantage.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
