Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Documentation

• Assist in preparing and filing applications under different laws like BIS schemes (ISI, CRS, FMCS, OTR, etc.), ARAI and others.
• Draft compliance documents, declarations, exemption requests, and reports
• Research on regulations, laws, acts, rules, standards and prepare client summaries

Client & Project Support

• Coordinate with clients for data collection, documentation, and project updates
• Maintain records and project tracking sheets
• Support in preparing proposals and presentations
• Execution of the work

Content Creation & social media

• Write and post simple, engaging posts/articles on different compliances and regulations/updates
• Create and post videos/reels/shorts/podcasts on different compliances and regulations/updates
• Create and post basic infographics or visuals using tools like Canva

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in

  Mechanical

  Engineering / Science / Management / Commerce

  (technical background preferred but not mandatory).

·       Experience: 0–1-year experience/ Freshers may also apply

• Strong research, documentation, and writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Interest in regulatory compliance with willingness to learn
• Creativity in writing social media content; Canva is a plus
