Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive training and education to medical professionals on the use of our medical equipment. • Conduct on-site application support at hospitals and clinics, collaborating with sales representatives. • Partner with distributors to ensure their staff has a deep understanding of our products and their applications. • Gather and analyse customer feedback on equipment functionality, usability, and overall satisfaction. • Provide exceptional customer service support, troubleshooting customer issues and resolving problems promptly. • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in medical technology and industry best practices. • Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events. • Generate reports and provide valuable feedback on customer needs, equipment performance, and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field (preferred). • Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. • Proven ability to train and educate healthcare professionals on technical concepts. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel extensively (percentage to be determined). • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively. • Proficiency in medical software and data analysis tools (a plus).
