Biomedical Sales & Service Engineer

We are hiring Biomedical Sales & Service Engineers for multiple locations. The role involves hands-on work with medical equipment, including installation, maintenance, and client coordination at hospitals and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, confident in hospital interactions, and capable of managing both service and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain a wide range of medical equipment at client hospitals.
• Handle preventive maintenance, calibration, and breakdown support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide post-sales technical support.
• Coordinate directly with hospital biomedical teams and end users.
• Maintain detailed service records, visit reports, and feedback logs.
• Support the sales team in technical discussions and equipment presentations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely response.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in servicing and handling medical equipment.
• Strong understanding of biomedical systems and hospital equipment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions (Delhi, Haryana (Panipat), and U.P.(Lucknow)).
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
