Job Description

Educational Qualification B.Tech. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Graduation from a Government Engineering College, NIT, or an MSIL-approved institute is preferred Basic exposure to design and implementation of biogas and hydrogen-based projects is essential Work Experience 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in green energy, gas utilities, or infrastructure projects Preferred Experience Hands-on experience with hydrogen electrolyzers, gas purification systems, and gas compressor storage systems Exposure to project design, estimation, tendering, offer evaluation, execution, and O&M for gas-based and utility projects Familiarity with EPC projects in oil & gas, including safety systems such as HIRA evaluation, HAZOP analysis, and PESO licensing processes Industry Preference Oil & Gas, Engineering, Power, Utilities, or Automotive sectors Key Responsibilities Lead conceptualization of projects and develop technical specifications, bills of material (BoM), schematic drawings, and cost estimates Prepare and evaluate tenders, conduct technical negotiations, and review designs for compliance and feasibility Ensure thorough monitoring and quality control across the project lifecycle Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies such as PESO for approvals and statutory compliance Manage site activities including safety inspections, incoming material verification, and construction scheduling Supervise project installation, perform pre-commissioning and commissioning checks, and support smooth handover Verify measurements, maintain accurate billing documentation in SAP, and manage project records Technical & Functional Competencies Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Skilled in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for design review and development Knowledge of safety assessment tools: HIRA, HAZOP studies Understanding of electrical load distribution and preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLD) Basic familiarity with Mitsubishi PLCs and SCADA integration Foundation in piping and structural design Strong understanding of project execution practices in EPC environments Behavioral Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Leadership mindset with customer-centric thinking Effective at building partnerships and stakeholder engagement Detail-oriented with a proactive and responsible approach to project execution
