BIM TRAINER

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured BIM training sessions for employees at various skill levels (beginner to advanced).
• Develop training materials, documentation, tutorials, and hands-on exercises for software such as Revit(Architecture &Structural), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Civil 3D, and others.
• Provide one-on-one or group training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Support onboarding of new staff with BIM standards, protocols, and tools.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and software updates; incorporate changes into training content.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback and evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with BIM Managers and project teams to align training with real-world project workflows and company BIM standards.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide guidance on best practices.
• Maintain a knowledge base or internal BIM helpdesk resource center.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360).
• Previous experience in a training, mentoring, or BIM coordination role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex BIM processes and deliver effective technical training.
