Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students in various digital marketing tools, strategies, and platforms. The trainer will be responsible for curriculum delivery, hands-on training, and ensuring students gain practical and industry-relevant digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:Training & Delivery:

  • Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on digital marketing topics such as:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • SEM (Google Ads)
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Email Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Google Analytics
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Mobile Marketing
  • Online Reputation Management (ORM)
  • Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and focused on practical skills.

Curriculum & Content Development:

  • Assist in designing and updating course content, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and certifications.
  • Customize content to align with industry needs and student levels.

Assessment & Evaluation:

  • Assess student performance through projects, tests, and assignments.
  • Provide regular feedback and mentorship to help students improve.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain training records.

Industry Exposure:

  • Share real-world digital marketing case studies, tools, and campaign strategies.
  • Guide students in building digital portfolios and executing live campaigns or internships.

Team Support:

  • Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure student success.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of industry experience in digital marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or training (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for beginner to advanced learners.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, content creation tools, and online teaching platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
