As a Digital Marketing Trainer, your role involves developing and delivering training programs on digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques to trainees. You will be responsible for creating training materials such as presentations, handouts, case studies, and other resources to support the training programs. Additionally, you will conduct both online and offline training sessions to ensure that trainees understand and implement digital marketing concepts effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and delivering training programs on digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques - Creating training materials like presentations, handouts, and case studies - Conducting online and offline training sessions for trainees - Evaluating trainee performance and providing feedback for improvement - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Collaborating with other trainers to develop comprehensive training programs - Providing ongoing support to trainees post-training program - Reporting on training program effectiveness and metrics for future improvements Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing) - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management platforms) - Passion for teaching and mentoring with commitment to learners' success Please note that this is a full-time position with the work location being in person.
