Role Description

This is a full-time desk role for a BIM Technician (Structures) located at Aundh, Pune. The BIM Technician will be responsible for the preparation of DPR structure GADs, structural drawings, and BIM model support for infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural CAD drawings and DPR Structure GAD with precision. 

• Experience on working with highway or infrastructure projects. 

• Interpret engineering inputs, sketches, and specifications for detailing. 

• Coordinate with structural engineers and BIM leads. 

• Ensured adherence to drafting standards, quality guidelines, and file management practices. 

• Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD (structures + GAD preparation). Basic-to-intermediate Revit Structures modelling experience. 

• Understanding of structural detailing, GADs, and construction drawings. 

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities. 

• Attention to detail and disciplined documentation

• Experience: 2–3 Years Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Civil / Drafting)
