Sound understanding of wind load, seismic design, and other structural behaviour aspects as per latest codes. We are a subsidiary of TPF S.A., a Belgian multi-national organization with over 4000 collaborators operating in 44 countries worldwide Location: Aundh , Pune Responsibility : To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Staff Expense Review: Check staff expenses and vouchers in line with company policy, ensuring they are forwarded to RO Admin head within reasonable time for further approval and processing. Non-Technical Vendor Management: Carefully review all invoices submitted by non-technical vendors in line with the statutory requirements and ensure that invoices are forwarded to Head Office on regular and timely basis for their further processing. Keep track of all the AMCs / Work Orders of the non-technical vendors (like vehicles, housekeeping agency, vending machine, photocopier, water purifier etc.) and processing for renewal whenever due. Utility Bill Management: Download electricity bills and forward them to the appropriate department or individual for further processing. Expense Bill Verification: Thoroughly check and send office-related bills for rent, stationery, vending machines, courier services, and other expenses to the concerned parties. ISO Documentation: Maintain necessary documentation in line with ISO protocol. Be proficient in handling the ISO audits (internal as well as external). Miscellaneous Assistance: Assist the other non-technical teams at RO level to ensure smooth functioning of RO. Handling joining and exit formalities of new joinees/resignees at RO, as the case maybe. Ensuring effective coordination between different departments for undertaking effective training sessions. Assist in organizing fun activities/events at the Pune Regional Office (RO).
