Job Description

As a BIM Sales professional for a leading global engineering design firm, your role will involve prospecting US AEC/EPC/GC/Design firms, qualifying them, and ultimately closing deals. You will be responsible for leading discovery with pre-sales activities, conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals. It will also be your duty to own your sales quota, provide accurate forecasts, and consistently achieve or exceed your targets. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in B2B AEC/BIM/engineering tech/services sales, with a proven track record of closing deals in the US market and generating revenue. Possessing a valid US visa (B1 or equivalent) is mandatory for this position. Additionally, you should have a "Hunter DNA", meaning you are resilient, driven by quotas, and focused on delivering results. This position is based in Pune, but remote work from home is also an option for candidates residing outside Pune.,
