Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeller, located in Chennai. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy in architectural and structural design, and coordinating with other team members for effective project execution. Daily tasks include updating models with changes, managing project documentation, and conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards. Qualifications Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Experience in architectural and structural design Ability to conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to project standards Strong understanding of project documentation and workflow management Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and team coordination abilities Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus Show more Show less
