Preferred Skills & Knowledge: 5+ years of experience using BIM in US projects. Must have experience in leading Middle East/ US projects and a team of at least 3-4 members. Bachelors degree in architecture. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and its addins/plugins, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, etc. Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams. Understanding of various International BIMs standards and BIM LODs. Knowledge of BIM best practices. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. Good knowledge of common data environment. Job Description Duncan and Ross is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior CAD Engineer / Technician specializing in Highways to join our dynamic team in Pune, Maharashtra . The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in AutoCAD , with experience in MicroStation considered a significant advantage. Prior experience working on projects in the GCC region is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop detailed 2D CAD drawings for highway and road infrastructure projects. Work on road marking layouts, road cross sections, 2D model layers , and road plan layouts . Collaborate with engineers and project managers to produce and revise drawings in accordance with project specifications. Ensure adherence to client standards and local (GCC region) guidelines for design documentation. Manage drawing files and documentation efficiently using CAD standards and naming conventions. Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to optimize design solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
