Senior CAD Engineer / Technician (Highways)

Job Description Duncan and Ross is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior CAD Engineer / Technician specializing in Highways to join our dynamic team in Pune, Maharashtra . The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in AutoCAD , with experience in MicroStation considered a significant advantage. Prior experience working on projects in the GCC region is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop detailed 2D CAD drawings for highway and road infrastructure projects. Work on road marking layouts, road cross sections, 2D model layers , and road plan layouts . Collaborate with engineers and project managers to produce and revise drawings in accordance with project specifications. Ensure adherence to client standards and local (GCC region) guidelines for design documentation. Manage drawing files and documentation efficiently using CAD standards and naming conventions. Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to optimize design solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. Requirements Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for highway and road design projects. Experience with MicroStation is a plus. Hands-on experience in preparing: Road marking plans Road layout and geometry 2D model layering Cross-sectional road plans Prior experience working on infrastructure projects in the GCC region is a significant advantage. Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Why Join Duncan and Ross?
